Artists’ Network Aplujarra (ANA) has now got a really strong exhibition team that pulled off yet another 30 plus artists, group art exhibition.
This a lovely group photo but there is also an awful one of me that has gone to the media – eek. I look like I’m laying an egg!
Photos by Jáňa Bartošová
I was lucky enough to have my photographer friend around to take some photos of the atmosphere on opening night. She has a really good eye for composition.
The gallery venue is the old town hall in Órgiva. The opening times and a map are on the main post about the exhibition. The exhibition runs until the end of August.
Here are my exhibits
The assemblage and oil painting in the gold frame sold to a motor enthusiast. Also, my spoken word poetry on the soundtrack of the film was quoted back to me and the feedback was as if I were speaking a message directly to that person.
I have a number of affordable, high fired, little pieces of art on display. These can be used as car rearview mirror charms, light pulls, pendants or you can just hang them around.
The new ANA card stand
You can see a selection of greeting cards and small original watercolours – all are for sale.

You can see more photos from the exhibition on the ANA blog.
I will be available to answer questions about my art at this art talk on Tuesday 20th at 8pm. All welcome. For more information.
