A sprig of olive tree represents peace, usually the dove of peace carries this in it’s beak. In this case, it’s a goddess like creature, flying weightless with her sprig, bringing her peaceful energy. Cyanotypes were originally used to make blue prints. It is a photographic technique used for printing in daylight. It works when you create silhouettes on the emulsion treated paper or in this case I use an enlarged negative for the figure and a real sprig of olive.
