I painted this little watercolour uterus from my heart. It’s how I was feeling deep inside after being pregnant. When the uterus is deflating, the love heart in the centre represents the space the baby leaves behind. I liked the image and made it in to gift card right away. I could have never of guessed how deeply other women would connect to this watercolour too. Women give it to each other, to their mothers, to their daughters and they use it to publicise women’s health businesses too. Now it is also available as a downloadable art license.
