Description
Stoneware clay, primitive Goddess sculpture – suspended from a metal stand by brass wire. A delicate creative process went into making this piece. I started by creating heavily textured yet natural looking clay slabs, then I formed the female shape, as though the clay is barely holding together. The piece is solid and durable, hollow inside.
It was inspired by the primitive goddess sculptures of the past but sexier!
