GDPR

Emma Plunkett has always respected your personal data and is happy to comply with the GDPR. This website is well maintained with monthly updates and strict measures in place to protect your data. Please check the privacy policy for more information about how your personal data is stored and used.

Order Processing

Emma Plunkett will dispatch orders, as promptly as possible, usually within 1 week. This time will depend on the complexity of the packaging involved, which may take longer for large sculptures or large scale paintings. In the case that Emma is out of the studio for an extended period of time, she will contact you to let you know the time scale.

Refund Policy

Emma Plunkett is sole trader and therefore works, pretty much, hand to mouth. When you spend your hard earned cash on this website, it gives Emma’s purse a much appreciated boost, which really helps an artist to live a creative life. So, rather than give you the money back, Emma would prefer to give you a credit note of equal value, which you can use indefinitely towards any of the artworks on her website. There will be no refund for digital products.

Exchanges

Emma is happy to exchange artworks, free of charge, before dispatch has happened. Once despatch has happened you will be responsible for paying for all the postage costs. There will be no exchanges on digital products.

Returns Policy

If you want to return the artwork for any reason, you can do so. You will be responsible for the return postage costs and will get a credit note of equal value, which you can use indefinitely towards any of the artworks on her website. The cost of postage for a new piece of art to be sent will need to be covered by you or the credit note.

Damages

If the artwork reaches you, damaged in anyway, this is something that will have to be taken up with the courier or postal services. Emma is not responsible for the packaged artwork once it is in the couriers hands. Naturally Emma does not have replacements for one off pieces unless it is for a print.

Repairs

If you would like Emma to repair a piece, then you will be responsible for covering the postal costs both ways. If the damage is wear and tear or other random acts of nature or violence, then Emma will make a fare price with you for the repairs. If the damage is a result of bad handling by courier company, then Emma will do her best to repair it for free, again though, you will be responsible for postage costs both ways.
